These Terms govern your use of the MARBAT EQ app and website (“the service”), operated by ProContentLab (Belgium). By using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
MARBAT EQ helps you keep private care and record-keeping notes for your horses (health notes, training, weight, appointments and related content). You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for how you use it.
MARBAT EQ stores your own private observations and reminders. It is not a diagnosis, prescription, or a substitute for professional veterinary care. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for the health and treatment of your animals. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on content stored in the app.
You may use the app as a guest or with an email account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Your content remains yours; you can permanently delete your account and all data at any time from Profile → Privacy → Delete account.
Do not misuse the service, upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it. Community content must respect other members; posts may be moderated, hidden or removed.
Optional subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Prices are shown in the app.
The service is provided “as is”. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and may amend these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
